Former midfielder Paul Merson believes the Gunners would win the league by ten points next season if they were to sign this summer.
The Newcastle United striker is one of the most sought after forwards in world football after yet another stellar campaign with the Magpies.
His goals helped the Magpies end their 70-year wait for a domestic trophy - scoring the winner in their Carabao Cup win against Liverpool. Another 21 goals in 30 Premier League appearances has put Newcastle in the race for Champions League football, with their fate in their own hands.

Despite Isak repeatedly stating that he's happy on the banks of the River Tyne, that hasn't stopped speculation regarding his future at the Magpies, with the Gunners, Liverpool and Barcelona strongly linked with a transfer in recent months.
The Toon have slapped a reported £150million asking price on his head - just to even open talks - with Magpies' chairman Yasir Al-Rumayyan a huge fan of the Swedish striker and does not want to sell him this summer.
Arsenal are expected to be in the market for a striker in the upcoming summer transfer window - with a regular goal-scorer viewed as the missing piece of Mikel Arteta's puzzle in the quest for a Premier League title.
Speaking to , former footballer-turned pundit Merson said: "Alexander Isak is expected to attract interest from a few clubs this summer. I feel he could play the waiting game before he decides on his future.
"Newcastle could be playing Champions League football next season and have already tasted silverware. Let's not forget that they are a big club and, if they qualify for the Champions League, they are an attractive project to be a part of for any player.
"I think Isak surely wants to be involved in the Champions League next season and that could play a key role here.
"Arsenal seem like the best possible move for him if he leaves Newcastle though. If the Gunners get him, they will win the league by 10 points!"
The Gunners have also been linked with Sporting CP striker Viktor Gyokeres and RB Leipzig's rising star, Benjamin Sesko, with new sporting director Andrea Berta set for a huge summer window.
