BBC Strictly Come Dancing viewers 'work out' winner after spotting clue

Strictly Come Dancing fans are convinced Tasha Ghouri is going to win the BBC competition are spotting a huge clue.

Strictly has once again kicked off for 2024 after an exciting launch show. Host Tess Daly and Claudia Winkleman are back taking viewers through proceedings as 15 new couples try and dance their way to success, and life the all-important Glitterball trophy.

Week one sees the celebs and their professional partners team up for their first chance at placing on the leaderboard after performing a routine.

Tasha is paired with pro dancer Aljaž Škorjanec who has returned to the Strictly dancefloor. The dancing duo performed a Cha Cha to Espresso by Sabrina Carpenter, and head judge Shirley Ballas was blown away.

After providing Tasha with feedback, Shirley then added: "You're on your way to have one of the most spectacular leg actions I think I have ever seen on the show." Claudia then called Shirley's comments "extraordinary", while viewers predicted Tasha will lift the glitterball.

Taking to X, one person wrote: "I loved Tasha. What a dance!!!! #Strictly." A second exclaimed: "Tasha is SENSATIONAL #Strictly", while a third added: "Tasha Ghouri was absolutely incredible on strictly, she is sooooo good #Strictly."

"ALJAZ is back Him and Tasha for the final #Strictly", added another.

Though the judges will give comments and the celebs will be scored, nobody will be eliminated in the first week. Week two is when the tension will really start to ramp up, and one celebrity will go home for good.

Viewers will be able to partake when the lines open in week two next Saturday (September 28) and the first elimination of the series will air the night after (Sunday, September 29).

All the action tonight will kick off at 7pm on BBC One, but there will be no results show this weekend.

Currently topping betting odds are X Factor winner Shayne Ward and JLS star JB Gill – though ex-pro dancer Erin Boag has warned that Miranda star Sarah Hadland is also one to watch.
