Big Brother fans have been left scratching their heads over housemate Nathan's claim that he was once a butler for King Charles. During Monday night's episode, Nathan found himself under interrogation from his fellow housemates about his past employment.
Keen to get the scoop, they pressed him on the details of his job. Emma probed him on whether he had ever seen the King in bed or if his duties included serving him on a tray, but Nathan remained tight-lipped, only revealing that the King would be "off before I go in".
Despite their best efforts to uncover more, viewers at home weren't buying Nathan's Royal connection. One sceptical fan took to X to voice their doubts: "Fully believe that Nathan is lying about his butler job."
Another disgruntled viewer vented: "Watching Nathan lie about being King Charles' butler is so cringe. Please get rid of him omg," reports .

A third chimed in with: "Fully convinced Nathan is making s**t up about being Charles' butler." However, another questioned: "Has anyone actually confirmed that Nathan was in fact Charles' butler? For some reason, I don't buy it."
Yet, not everyone was doubtful, as one viewer came to Nathan's defence, responding to a sceptical tweet with: "And he definitely was a butler!"
Adding to the intrigue, upon entering the house, Nathan claimed that he had indeed served as a butler to King Charles. He stated that at 17, he worked at Dumfries House estate in Ayrshire, the Scottish residence of the then Prince Charles.
In a chat with the Daily Record, he revealed: "I've already had the honour of serving at a couple of royal dinners during His Royal Highness's latest visits to Dumfries House."
"I very much enjoy being a butler here and there's always something very different to deal with. I love meeting people and it's great to talk to the visitors who come to the house."
While in the Big Brother house, he shared his experiences as a butler with his housemates, saying: "He hosts a lot of different dinners with guests. The president of Ireland was there, Alan Titchmarsh and I would look after him and if Camilla was there as well."
Nathan's mum also previously confirmed that her 24-year-old son did the role for roughly a year before he moved on.
Big Brother airs Sundays-Fridays at 9pm on ITV2.
