Thomas Frank has named a strong side to face Bayern Munich in Tottenham's final pre-season match before they participate in the UEFA Super Cup.
Spurs arrived back from their tour of Asia, with a 1-0 win against Arsenal in Hong Kong and a 1-1 draw with Newcastle in Seoul, on Monday and just two days later they travel to Germany to take on club record goalscorer Harry Kane and his Bayern team-mates, which include new signing from Liverpool Luis Diaz.
Tottenham have their own new signing in current Bayern player Joao Palhinha, who has joined on loan from the Bavarian giants with an option to buy. The 30-year-old Portuguese has got his work permit in order so can play against his current employers and he starts against his old side.

Spurs will be without one familiar face though following Son Heung-min's transfer to LAFC for more than £20million, an MLS record transfer. Frank will also be without James Maddison for much of the season after the midfielder ruptured his anterior cruciate ligament in his right knee late on against Newcastle in Seoul on Sunday and will require surgery.
Destiny Udogie remains out with a knee injury while Dominic Solanke is still out with his ankle injury.
Brennan Johnson and Mohammed Kudus are either side of Pape Matar Sarr, all behind Richarlison, while Palhinha starts alongside Rodrigo Bentancur.
Here is the Tottenham team that Frank has selected:
Vicario; Porro, Romero, Van de Ven, Spence; Palhinha, Bentancur; Kudus, Sarr, Johnson; Richarlison. Subs: Kinsky, Austin, Danso, Bissouma, Tel, Gray, Bergvall, Odobert, Davies, Vuskovic.
