Indian Railways has taken the initiative to give a new, modern, and attractive look to the digital clocks installed at railway stations across the country. Under this, the Railways has organized the National Digital Clock Design Contest. This competition is open to all professional designers, and college and school students of the country. The most important thing is that in this competition, the winner will be given a cash prize of up to Rs 5 lakh.

To participate in the competition, interested participants will have to submit the design by 31 May 2025, i.e. today evening. Participants can send more than one design and it is mandatory to attach a Certificate of Originality with each design in high-resolution format without any watermark or logo. Who can participate
According to Dilip Kumar, Executive Director (Information and Publicity) of the Railway Board, the objective of this competition is not only to make the design of railways more modern and connected to the citizens but also to provide a big platform to the creative youth and designers of the country. The special thing about this competition is that it is organized into three categories - professionals, college students, and school students. Apart from the main prize in each category, consolation prizes of Rs 50,000 will also be given.
