The invitees were a handful of closest friends and their better halves—a gang of industrialists and professionals from businesses as diverse as chemicals and cement, finance to FMCG. A day later, a celebratory event was held by a city institution to celebrate a significant milestone. A curated dinner by one of India’s top chefs was organised to celebrate, and for a good cause. A glittering start to the season of lights in a capital otherwise shrouded under a pall of pollution.
