Manchurian is a very popular dish. It is made from many ingredients, all of which are known for their different special tastes. Today we are talking about Cauliflower Manchurian. It is on the favorite list of food lovers. Children as well as adults like its taste very much. It can be enjoyed at breakfast. This dish can be made in very little time. It is very easy to prepare. You can invite guests at home and introduce them to its taste. We believe that everyone will be happy after eating it.

Ingredients
Flour – 1/2 cup
Cabbage – 1 large
Corn flour – 2 tbsp
Kashmiri red chilli – 1 tsp
Chopped green chilli – 1
Onion finely chopped – 1
Salt – according to taste
Ginger grated – 1 tsp
Tomato ketchup – 1 tbsp
Green chilli sauce – 1 tbsp
Soya sauce – 1 tbsp
White vinegar – 1/2 tbsp
Water – 1/2 cup
Oil
Method – First of all take flour and corn flour. Prepare the solution by adding water to it slowly.
- After this add Kashmiri red chilli to it. Then mix it well. After this take big pieces of chopped cabbage.
- Now heat oil in a pan. Add cabbage pieces to the prepared gram flour solution.
- After this fry the cabbage pieces coated with gram flour in oil. Fry the cabbage well until it becomes golden brown.
- After this, take it out and keep it in a separate vessel. Now put 2 teaspoons of oil in a pan and add grated ginger and finely chopped onion.
- Add 1 teaspoon of tomato ketchup, 1 tablespoon of green chili sauce, and 1 teaspoon of soy sauce in it. Fry it a little.
- After this, add half a teaspoon of white vinegar in it. Now add half a cup of water and fry it well.

- Then add fried cabbage to it. Now mix it well. Tasty Cabbage Manchurian is ready.
- If you want, you can also add finely chopped coriander on it and pizza seasoning on top to give it a different flavor.
