Recipe
- First of all, heat ghee in a non-stick pan and fry mawa well.
- Fry it well till it becomes light golden.
- Cool the roasted mawa and add sugar to it, and mix well.
- Now mix rose syrup, rose essence, cardamom powder, and rose petals and add it.
- Apply ghee on your palms and shape it into a peda.

- Add finely chopped pistachios and rose petals on top for decoration.
- Now Rose Peda is ready. You can store it in an airtight container for later.
