Ingredients
Bananas – 2
Walnuts – 1/4 cup
Honey – 2 tbsp
Cardamom powder – 1/2 tsp
Milk – 2 glasses
Ice cubes – 2-3 (optional)
Method
- First of all, choose a ripe banana, break the walnut and collect the kernel inside it in a bowl.
- After this, take a banana and peel it, and cut it into big pieces.

- Now take a blender and add banana pieces, walnut kernels, two teaspoons of honey, and cardamom powder in it.
- Finally, add milk to the blender and put the lid on, and blend everything.
- Blend it until everything becomes smooth. Walnut-banana smoothie is ready.
- Pour it into a serving glass and add 2-3 ice cubes to cool it.
