A couple of months ago, there were rumours that Govinda and his wife Sunita Ahuja were heading for a divorce after 38 years of their marriage. There were reports that the two are parting ways due to the actor's affair with a Marathi film actress. Well, neither Govinda nor Sunita gave a statement at that time, but the actor's manager had denied the reports of their divorce and just stated that the couple had issues. Now, recently, at an event, while talking to Instant Bollywood, Sunita reacted to the rumours.
When she was asked about the fake news or rumours, she joked and said, "Ab tu zyada hie bol raha hai beta (You're talking too much now, son) (sic)."
She further said, "Mere ko koi farak nahi padhta koi bhi news aajaye. Maine pehle bhi bola hai jab tak hamare mou se nahi sunoge, koi bhi news ko react mat karna. Jab tak hum nai mou khole, baadme sab gole hie gole (It doesn't matter to me whatever news comes. I have told you earlier also that until you hear it from us, do not react to any news. Until I open my mouth, everything else will be just rumours) (sic)."
Sunita Doesn't React When Asked About Govinda
On Sunday, a video of Sunita had also gone viral on social media in which when paparazzi asked her, 'Sir kaise hai?', she just looked down and went ahead without reacting to it.
Earlier, also, a video of Sunita had gone viral in which when paparazzi asked her where's the actor, she replied, "Hum bhi dhund rahe hai (even we are searching for him)."
Well, the rumours of Govinda and Sunita's divorce had shocked the actor's fans. Meanwhile, there have been reports that Sunita will be joining the next season of The Fabulous Lives of Bollywood Wives. However, there's no confirmation on it.
