Five senior officers have been appointed to ensure the effective and speedy implementation of the development plan of the five Jyotirlingas in the state. As per this decision, works worth ₹275 crore in the development plan of Shri Kshetra Trimbakeshwar have been approved, and Principal Secretary of the Finance Department, Saurabh Vijay, has been appointed to implement these works. This appointment has been made on the instructions of Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis. These officers will regularly review the work in the development plan of the concerned Jyotirlingas and submit their reports directly to the Chief Minister.
The main objective behind this appointment is to ensure that the plans prepared for the development of the five Jyotirlinga pilgrimage sites in the state are implemented in a timely and quality manner. The officers appointed for this are as follows:

This decision to appoint officers at the ministerial level in this way for the coordination and monitoring of the implementation of development works has been taken for the first time. It is hoped that this will accelerate the development work of the pilgrimage sites and that these works will be completed with quality and on time.
