Recipes Under 15 minutes: In the hurry of early morning, we often do not understand what to prepare in the tiffin. Due to this hurry, people eat outside food. Eating too much outside food can harm health. If you too are worried about tiffin in the morning, then definitely try this recipe. It is very easy to make and it gets ready in 15-20 minutes.
Ingredients for making Fried Rice
- Cooked rice – 1 cup
- Onion – 1 finely chopped
- Garlic- 3-4 cloves
- Capsicum - 2-3 tbsp
- Carrot – 1 finely chopped
- Chilli- 1
- Ginger – small piece finely chopped
- Black pepper powder - 1 teaspoon
- Green onion - 1
- Beans- 4-5
- Salt- as per taste
- Soya sauce - 1 teaspoon
- Vinegar - 1 teaspoon
- Oil - 2-3 tbsp
How to make Fried Rice
- You can use leftover rice to make fried rice. You can make rice at night and keep it in the fridge. If you want, you can prepare rice in the morning as well. Now finely chop carrots, capsicum and beans. You can use other vegetables as well.
- Chop the onion and garlic finely. Chop the ginger and green chillies too. If you have fresh onion leaves, then chop the onion part of it and add it. To save time, you can chop the vegetables in advance.
- Now heat the pan and keep the flame high. Make fried rice on high flame only. Now add oil in it and fry the garlic. Add onion too. Also add ginger and chilli and keep stirring continuously otherwise it may burn.
- Now add the chopped vegetables to it and fry them on high flame. When the vegetables are cooked, add rice to it and mix salt as well.
- Now add soy sauce and vinegar to it. Mix a pinch of sugar in it as well. Adding sugar balances the taste of fried rice. Keep mixing everything continuously. Make sure that the rice grains do not break.
- Now garnish it with black pepper powder and finely chopped onion leaves. If you want, you can also add paneer to it.
