Harry Potter's Stanislav Yanevski, who played Bulgarian Quidditch player Viktor Krum in and the Goblet of Fire, revealed he was rushed to hospital for emergency surgery after struggling with breathing problems.
The 39-year-old took to his page to share an update from his hospital bed. In the selfie, Stanislav tried to smile for the camera and had a bandage wrapped around his nose. He was lying in a hospital bed as he recovered from the surgery. He said: “Hello lovely ladies and gentlemen. Time has finally come to reveal the news but first things first. THANK YOU all for the lovely birthday wishes! I appreciate every post, every message and I promise you I’ve felt very special and supported on this very important day in my life.

"Now, about the photo - soon after my birthday, I was hospitalised due to inability to breathe. I was taken into surgery and the photo was taken right after I had come out of the surgical room."
He added: "As always, and those who know me closer, I went through this in silence as I didn’t want to scare or worry anybody. I’ve always been this way. I fight through struggles in quiet.
"Of course, I had support from the few I had told and my family, for which I’m very thankful. I am still recovering and things are looking great. I will be able to breathe freely, experience allthe scents of life, which was something I had lost over the past months.

"I will be able to sleep without struggles, recover properly with peaceful sleep and be at my full powers very soon. I still have a few pieces planted in my nose, so I’m not able to talk freely."
The star asked fans who purchased Cameo videos from him to be 'patient' as he can't record videos until he has recovered from his surgery.
"I had a checkup with my doctor today and he said that I’m recovering really well and was actually quite surprised with my progress. I guess all the healthy diets, training, self-control, and belief help in such cases."
Stanislav went on to thank fans for their love and support as he wished them a 'majestic weekend' before signing off with his name.
Fans rushed to the comment section to send their well wishes, with one user writing: "Damn man! Take care of you, get well soon. You’re a warrior man."
Another wrote: "Get well soon, my brother, sending a speedy recovery and love," and one concerned fan said: "Oh, I understand better why I saw the convention cancellations, I was starting to worry... Lots of courage to you, get well soon and despite everything, happy birthday again."
The Bulgarian actor played Viktor in the 2005 Harry Potter movie. He showed up in deleted scenes for Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows - Part 1 and also starred in Hostel: Part II, Resistance and The 11th Grade.
