Jesy Nelson's boyfriend in tears as he breaks silence on birth of twin daughters

Jesy Nelson's boyfriend was very emotional as he broke his silence on the birth of their twin daughters with a tearful message on Instagram.

Alongside a photo of him and girlfriend Jesy holding their twin girls, 26-year-old Zion wrote: "My princesses are here. Thank you God." It was announced on Sunday morning that Jesy had given birth to the girls after documenting her health struggles throughout the .

Revealing that she had given birth, Jesy wrote on social media: "So… Our beautiful baby girls decided to come at 31weeks plus 5 days. It all happened so quickly, but we are so blessed that they are here with us, healthy and fighting strong! We’ve never felt more in love. Everybody meet Ocean Jade Nelson-Foster and Story Monroe Nelson-Foster. Born on 15.05.2025."

It is thought that Jesy gave birth after being induced at a London hospital. The understands doctors had planned to induce Jesy's labour once the twins were said to be strong enough and at around the 32 week stage.

Jesy and Zion due to health complications. The 33-year-old had emergency surgery back in April after the babies developed twin-to-twin transfusion syndrome which is a rare condition which could have been fatal for one or both of the twins.

After her operation, Jesy said: "We feel so grateful and blessed that these little babies are still going strong." Talking about her pregnancy in May, Jesy had and new scans of her twins. She wrote: "Muma Nelson and Papa Foster" and added a heart emoji.

Zion ran the London Marathon in May to raise money for the Twins Trust, which offers support to families with twins. Speaking in an interview while Jesy was pregnant, he said: "They’re giving us so much hope they’re going to come out healthy.

"Jesy and the twins have come through so much. There were so many times in this pregnancy we didn't think we'd get to where we are now. Their strength has been unmatched. We literally feel like we know them already just because of how much they've overcome. Their characters are so strong. They're so brave."

Friends and fans of the singer took to the comments of the arrival announcement to give their congratulations. One said: ""Oh how my heart just filled up with love for you all, congratulations welcome to the babies you are so special, beautiful names, now it’s time to soak up all the love and start your new chapter with love health and happiness so happy for you all," while another added: "They’re absolutely precious, so are their names. Congratulations & welcome to the World, sweet girls."
