Calling all bargain hunters and fans of Costco - if you want to and get a better bargain than at your local supermarket, then you might want to make some room in your home and jump in the car. Jordon Cox, known as Britain’s Coupon King, took to to advise shoppers to watch out for one key detail when visiting any of the 29 Costco stores across the UK.
This is because there's a secret code that could help you save a pretty penny if you spot it. He shared: "When you’re shopping - have a look out for these codes on the pricing labels.
"If you find an asterisk in the top corner - that item isn’t being restocked. Maybe grab a few if you want it!

"If a price ends in .97 - then it’s been discounted by Costco! If it ends in .49 .69 .79 etc - then the manufacturer have put a deal on it."
Jordon, who has appeared on ’s This Morning, points out that Costco’s prices can often be cheaper than other . So, if you're unsure, it's likely worth buying, as the chances of finding a better deal elsewhere are slim.
He continues: "And finally, if you see something ending in .99 - it’s full price & nothing special."

Telling shoppers what to look for, he said: "Find a six digit number that starts '25'. The last two grouped digits are the day, the middle two are the month, and the first two are the year."
