Wrexham promoted AGAIN as Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively go wild in stands

McElhenney and Reynolds - who - couldn't hide their jubilation up in the stands as Wrexham ruthlessly put Charlton to the sword to seal their trilogy of promotions in front of Hollywood royalty.

Fans flooded onto the pitch at the final whistle to celebrate victory as McElhenney and Reynolds looked on from above.

Striker Paul Mullin, who has been Wrexham's main man for the majority of the club's recent boom period, told after the game: "It’s been a real team effort. The team this year has been unbelievable and it has been some journey. Look at these fans here, they really deserve it and I’m so happy for everyone involved.

Smith, Wrexham's match-winner on the day, added: "It’s been an incredible few months and I signed for times like this, there’s been a real calmness in the group since we have been here.

"The stadium and atmosphere is incredible, it’s a massive club and a big project, it will be a special week now."
