Waltz has been an Army National Guard officer. He is considered a supporter of India and a staunch critic of China.
Waltz is a three-time Republican MP. He hails from east-central Florida. Michael Waltz has been a staunch supporter of Trump. He is considered to have a tough stance towards China. Waltz blamed China for COVID-19. He has also accused China of persecuting Muslim Uighurs. For this reason, he called for the US to boycott the 2022 Winter Olympics in Beijing. He has also worked in the Pentagon as a policy advisor.
