Vaibhav Suryavanshi of Samastipur, Bihar has got a place in the Indian team for this series against Australia. Vaibhav has played Ranji Trophy, Hemant Trophy, Cooch Behar Trophy, and Vinoo Mankad Trophy at this young age. Now he will be seen playing Under 19 cricket for India. It is being claimed that Vaibhav Suryavanshi has scored a total of 49 centuries in a year in different tournaments.

Started playing cricket at the age of 5

Vaibhav Suryavanshi started learning cricket at the age of 5. According to reports, Vaibhav's father Sanjeev started making him practice in the nets from the age of five. For this, his father had installed a net at home. His hard work paid off when Vaibhav Suryavanshi made his debut for Bihar in the last season of the Ranji Trophy. Vaibhav played his first first-class match at the age of just 12 years and 284 days. He made his first-class debut against Mumbai. However, he could score only 19 runs in the first innings of this match and 12 runs in the second innings.

Last year, Vaibhav also got a chance in the 4-nation Under-19 series. Then Vaibhav was a part of the India B Under-19 team. In this series, he scored half-centuries against England and Bangladesh. During this, Vaibhav scored 177 runs in 5 matches. At the same time, this year, Vaibhav Suryavanshi also scored a triple century in the Randhir Verma Under-19 ODI competition organized by the Bihar Cricket Association. This was also the first triple century in the history of the Under-19 tournament.
