Macaroni Recipes for Kids

Material:

1 cup macaroni 2-3 cups water 1 tbsp butter 1/2 tsp salt (according to taste) 1/2 tsp black pepper powder 1 tsp mixed herbs (optional) 1/4 cup grated cheese 2 tbsp tomato sauce Some finely chopped capsicum, carrots and peas (if desired)

Method of Preparation:

Boiling macaroni: First of all, take water in a deep pan and boil it well. When the water boils, add a pinch of salt to it and add macaroni. Boil it until the macaroni is completely cooked. After boiling, strain the macaroni in a sieve and cool it by pouring cold water.

Preparing vegetables (optional): If you want to add some vegetables to it, then put some butter in a pan and lightly fry finely chopped capsicum, carrots and peas in it. This will increase the taste as well as nutrition in macaroni.

Tempering the macaroni: Now heat butter in a pan and add boiled macaroni to it. Cook it on low flame for 2-3 minutes. After this, add black pepper powder, mixed herbs and tomato sauce and mix well.

Add cheese and sauce: Finally, add grated cheese and toppings of your choice. Mix it well so that all the spices and cheese are well absorbed in the macaroni.

Serve: After cooking, take out the prepared macaroni in a plate and serve it to the children with tomato sauce. If you want, you can also pack it in a tiffin, so that the children can enjoy eating it in school too.
