Meghan Markle has been given a major warning by a PR expert ahead of her highly anticipated wine launch next week. The Duchess of Sussex will release a Napa Valley rosé through her brand, As Ever on Tuesday, July 1.
The bespoke rosé will be oozing with "soft notes of stone fruit, gentle minerality and a lasting finish". But following the Duchess's previous launches for her brand, which both sold out on the same day and raised questions over the amount of stock provided, a PR expert claimed the newest release will be Meghan's "make-or-break test" for As Ever's future.
Reputation crisis strategist for public figures, Eric Schiffer told the Express that if Meghan's bottles sell out just as fact, her customers could tag the line "fake luxury" and walk away.

The expert explained: "Meghan appears to have jacked inventory near ten-fold yet stone cold crazy screamed 'Sold Out!'-- that's scarcity theatre, not strategy.
"July 1 isn't romance--it's roulette: Diana's birthday or a PR kiss of death.
"Another four-hour sell-out and shoppers will scream scam and toss the potential of buying a bottle in the dumpster fire.
"If the cork pops faster than fans click, her brand looks like the royal Ponzi of pantry products."
Mr Schiffer warned the Duchess to have adequate stock to meet demand and keep her customers.
He said: "I'd kill any fake-scarcity stunt, stock shelves and let demand, not spin, tell if it's a rocketship or a crash and burn Duchess of Flops style."
"If not, the Duchess is flirting with the Fyre Festival playbook-luxury Instagram glow, wacky bargain-basement logistics."
