Princess Beatrice and Eugenie's 'secret weapon' who is also adored by Prince Harry

Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie have one good friend that is also adored by their cousin Prince Harry.

, who is considered to be the "secret weapon" of the young royals when it comes to keeping them in shape, has been a good friend of Princess Beatrice, 36, for years.

Through their friendship, Gabriela has been in contact with other royals and helped a number of them prepare for their weddings, including Beatrice's sister Princess Eugenie, 34.

However, not everyone knows that to wife Meghan Markle, 43.

This was a result of the prince wanting to be his healthiest for the big day, which saw him cut back on processed foods and make healthier lifestyle choices.

Since being in touch with Gabriela before his big day, that Harry has become a fan and regular user of Gabriela's "Cleanse Blend" supplements.
