Although there were no other reviews on site, a user of Dunelm wrote on , "Fast and efficient service."

However, some weren't as pleased with Dunelm's service, as one customer wrote: "Bought an electric throw in store in October and it broke within 6 months. The customer service number have said they can only deal with online orders and we need to take it back to the store we bought it from. Unfortunately that site is approx 90 miles from us as we were away from home at the time! Shocking that a national chain can't deal with these things and I'll think twice before buying anything from a store that's not local now."

Another said: "In store staff experience was great, but computer system awful as I've already reviewed... still waiting for fitting... 5 weeks was longer than expected... so can't really comment more until that is done."
