The UK's 'epic' 108-mile road trip with 28 of the country's 'best beaches'

This from Devon to is the ultimate trip for fanatics as it passes through 28 coastal spots, including some of the UK's best. The itinerary was shared on by the social media page . The 108-mile trip starts in North Devon, ends at the Cornish landmark, Land's End, and is split into various parts to ensure travellers get to experience all of the beautiful spots passed along the way.

The first section of the trip takes you from North Devon to Bude, Cornwall, and with recommended visits including Bucks Mills Waterfall, Clovelly Village, Blackchurch Rock, Hartland Point Lighthouse, Hartland Quay Beach, Welcombe Mouth Beach, Bude Tidal Pool, Bude Breakwater Walk, Summerleaze Beach, and Crooklets Beach.

is renowned as one of the UK's most popular beaches especially with families and surfers. Last year, the beach featured in 50 best beaches, and it is currently rated 4.6 stars on TripAdvisor.

"Good parking accessible to this stunning beach. Even looked stunning on a cloudy day! Lovely walks on & around the area. If you fancy some fantastic views take a short uphill walk to the top & look over the whole are them carry on walking yo Maer. We visited in March & beach dog friendly with surfers riding the waves," a visitor wrote on Tripadvisor.

The next section of the trip will find you driving from Bude to Tintagel, with more beaches and bays to visit, as well as St Nectan's Glen Waterfall and the impressive Tintagel Castle built in the 13th century.

From there, the trip continues to Padstow, where you can enjoy a series of coastal walks and really embrace the beautiful views and sights during your stay.

Then it's time to hit Newquay, where you have to visit Fistral Beach, another absolute gem renowned the incredible waves perfect for surfing and its beautiful golden sands.

A review on TripAdvisor reads: "I have visited this beach many times before, the vibe here is just unmatched (especially in the summer)...there's a pizzeria, bar, cafe and surf hire all on the beach front.

"This beach is a perfect day out for families, couples or even solos like me! It's a great place to go if you're wanting surfing lessons, or to attempt surfing. I always feel very safe in the sea here, the lifeguards are always on duty and looking out for people. Highly recommend this lovely beach!"

Once you're done exploring Newquay, you're in for another treat. The next stop is St Agnes, and on the way you can stop by another loved UK beach - Perranporth Beach, which is the only one in the UK that has a .

The entire road trip is meant to be done in two weeks, with the journey continuing from St Agnes to St Ives and then ending in West Cornwall. Other costal wallks, a visit to the Tate Gallery, watching the sunset at Land's End and visiting The Minnack Theatre are all recommended activities.
