A tornado was spotted in Vero Beach after catastrophic damage was reported in Fort Pierce, Florida on Wednesday. This comes as Hurricane Milton spawned several twisters in the state. The storm is just over 100 miles from coast and only few hours away from landfall. Even before the hurricane-force winds were expected to reach the Treasure Coast, some areas were without power. Meanwhile, a tornado struck St. Lucie County earlier in the day, causing significant damage to the Sheriff's Office.
