Following their suggestion, she put on one of the shoes but found herself unable to stand properly. Sayani described how she had to brace herself against a wall for support, as the paper construction couldn’t bear her weight. As soon as she tried to walk, the shoe gave way and broke.

Confused, she asked for clarification and was told that he had purchased many items and this was just a minor expense for him.
