Nick Sirianni has recently said that he has just talked with retired Alabama football coach Nick Saban and South Carolina women's basketball coach Dawn Staley.
Both of them have won numerous championships and are reputed great leaders. Sirianni said he wanted to know what drives them, how they remain focused, and how they create great teams year in and year out.
Nick Saban has won seven college football national championships and is regarded as one of the all-time greatest coaches.
