NEW DELHI: Lounge access at Adani Group airports, including Mumbai and Ahmedabad, is now back to normal. The lounge service provider, DreamFolks Services Ltd Monday said it has “successfully resolved the integration issue at Adani Airports , ensuring seamless acceptance of all eligible cards at the lounges moving forward.”

Meanwhile, Travel Food Services (TFS) Monday said passengers at Chennai and Kolkata airports have also been experiencing disruptions in lounge access “due to the unexpected disruption of services by DreamFolks Services Ltd, a lounge access provider partnered with several banks, in violation of its service agreements with the lounge operators.”

“TFS actively working with the banks to facilitate the immediate resumption of services. Despite our requests, services through DreamFolks have not yet been restored. This breach of its obligations has resulted in significant inconvenience to passengers at multiple airports, and we are exploring appropriate legal remedies against DreamFolks. Lounges at Chennai and Kolkata airports continue accepting all major debit and credit cards including from other access providers aside from DreamFolks. We are committed to fully supporting passengers during this period,” a TFS spokesperson said.

Regarding Adani group airport, DreamFolks said in a statement: “We have implemented a robust solution that guarantees smooth transactions for passengers and stakeholders alike. As a result, all eligible cards, including credit, debit, and membership cards will now be accepted at the lounges”.

Following the trouble with DreamFolks that started late last week, Adani Airports had on Sunday as an interim measure said its lounges “are accepting all major debit and credit cards from other access providers.” Now with the issue resolved, things should go back to normal at airport managed by the group.
